I've put together a protocol for all my clients that I'm sharing with you.
If you are booking an appointment with me, here's what you need to do:
- Before your appointment please complete the consent form confirming that you have no Covid symptoms (Intake Forms). Every client must complete and bring prior to every appointment (unless you have completed it online at time of booking). If you are unwell in any way, please reschedule and/or consider an
online VIRTUAL appt with myself. Acupuncture is more than needles!
- Please bring and wear a mask when you arrive.
- Go directly to the bathroom and wash your hands using the paper towel provided.
- Enter the clinic room (there shouldn't be any client before or after you as I am currently separating appointments with 1 hour gaps between clients (for the time being).
- After your appointment, please wash your hands before you leave.
- Everything will be disinfected before and after your departure.
- I also have disinfectant wipes and sanitizer available for your use.
