If you’ve answered Yes to any of those questions then believe it or not, you are toxic.  This is a very simplified questionnaire, but it gets the point across (I hope).

To keep things simple, there are 2 types of toxins:

-The ones that leave your body within a 24 hour period 
-The ones that stay

If you’re able to reduce/avoid your exposure to the ones that don’t linger inside your body, you can greatly improve your ‘toxic load’ giving your body a chance to catch up. 
 
So what about the toxins that like to stay (bio-accumulate)? There are many of these. Take Disinfection by-products (DBP) for example. These arise from the natural reaction between chlorine and certain compounds found in the water,  - which, according to Dr. Mercola, are “100 times more toxic than chlorine” itself.

When we work with people and their allergies/sensitivities we always talk about toxic load as well.  How well a person responds to what we do depends on their toxic load.  
More toxicity = more issues = less responsiveness.
