Christmas is only 2.5 weeks away. Do you find time is speeding up? It certainly seems that way to me. 

As we head into the holiday season, I wanted to share a friendly reminder that most extended health benefits reset at the end of December. If you’ve been meaning to book a session before the year wraps up, now is the perfect time to use your remaining coverage. It's also been a few years since I adjusted my rates, so it would also be a great time to book before my rates update in January.

I will be open over the holidays. If you need to book yourself in and perhaps use your benefits before the year ends, this is what I have available:

December 24, 25, 26th - Closed 🎄

December 27, 29, 30th regular hours

December 31st 10am-2pm

January 1st - Closed🥂

One last note...

If you're looking to give the Gift of Health this year, maybe consider:
