Hi , 🙂
Â
What are natural food chemicals?Â
Some are known as lectins, salicylates, glutamates, phenolics and amines.
Â
You may be familiar with the one called histamine? It's high in colcuts, beer, wine, sauerkraut, kimchi, kombucha and other fermented foods.
Â
If you suspect you are reacting to these naturally occurring food chemicals? Here's a few things you may want to keep in mind:
- everyone has their own tipping point, so your symptoms
may only flare up when you reach yours
- reactions can be delayed for up to 3 days after consumption
- you may be reacting to multiple food compounds
All of these things make finding the root cause very difficult to trace on your own...let alone manage!
Even if you identify all of those natural compounds, and try to eliminate them from your diet, you can find yourself very frustrated.
Wouldn't it be nice if those items no longer affected you? Here's a demonstration of how it works (at the 1:13 mark). You can even ask me about virtual appointments!
