How are you managing your stress this month?  I find everyone is stressed all the time, but December tends to kick it up a few notches. I guess you could say stress and allergies have a love/hate relationship.  I explain it in this video and provide some useful tips. Â
 The one last thing that helps me (don't laugh) is to dance like no one is looking. Find some of your favourite songs and have fun.
